After graduating high school in the Ukraine at the age of 17, Mikhail Lebed, owner of Quality Comfort Heating and Cooling, came to the U.S. in 1998. To learn more about life in the U.S. he again attended high school for 3 years in Seattle, Washington.

Mikhail came to the Asheville area in 2001, when he attended AB Tech and received his diploma for the Heating and Cooling industry. He worked for Carolina Comfort until 2005, when he opened his own business on February 8, 2005.
